      You can pick up your pre-ordered plants at Flora Toskana. Please order in advance, so that our staff can collect and prepare the plants. Payment is by invoice. Please note, that we have no official store hours, because Flora Toskana is not a garden center, but instead a producing nursery and online-dealer, who mainly ships its products by parcel. We are only open for visitors during main season (March to June) and only on fridays and saturdays.

      Overall 9,95 Euro per order, independent of the number and size of all ordered items, if the plants are each up to maximum 30 Kilogramm in weight and maximum up to 200 cm in height. Shipping to islands can result in higher shipment-costs or ca be combined with limits in size.

    • Abroad Shipment-costs by parcel-service within European-Community (EU) and Switzerland

      The costs for shipment by parcel abroad depend on the weight of the package. As soon as you put in your address during the ordering-process, our onlineshop calculates the individual shipment-price. The following table lists the different countries. Parcels to islands can result in higher shipment-costs or can be combined with limits in size. Please contact us before your order to clarify all conditions and to avoid additional costs. The shipment-costs to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway include the expenses for custom- and shipment-papers. Please pay attention to and follow the import-regulations for plants, that are protected by the Washingtoner Artenschutzübereinkommen (CITES). If additional costs occur afterwards for CITES, custom, import sales tax (EUST) e.g., they go on account of the client. If the client neglects regulations, all costs related with the storage or extinction of the items/plants, have to be payed by the client.   • • Shipment-costs by forwarding agency / hauling company within germany and Europe

      All plants, that exceed a weight of 30 Kilogramm or a height of 200 cm are indicated with (XXL) and can’t be shipped by parcel for reasons of weight- or height-limits. Instead they are send to the client via lorry to your address. The costs are calculated by our onlineshop before finally placing the order according to your address and distance.
